My generic advice for members of the public
My generic advice for members of the public, following. the emergence of the novel WU-2019-Corona virus.
Whilst the experts in the field will read it as, “yes, we know, its obvious”, I find it is a real skill to get every expression, every word just right, so that it gets the message across, informs and does not cause alarm. I am truly amazed I can now do this. None of us are born with all our skills, but many can be learnt and with some we excel at them.
I will use this to inspire the school students I visit as guest lecturer, in order to inspire them.
