I am excited to share this with you all. It shows my journey with the arrival of the Corona virus, my feeling very relaxed about it, the subsequent arrival of the virus into the UK, the concept of containment and contact tracing, the later clips show myself educating the public about this infection and infection control, the final clip shows me being unable to give categorical yes, no advice about going to crowded places like the Cheltenham festival, where I say, it is better to be informed and take personal decisions. A better informed person makes better decisions.

It also shows another story, I can see the tiredness in my face, the two months of much reduced sleep is showing. My hair too is looking tired. We must look after ourselves too, the evidence in the clip is clear.
