Are we heading for a second national lockdown?

Today, 28/10/2020 at 3pm on RT London:

The UK Politicians have no vertebral column to have a second national lockdown.

I advice, give control to regions to manage the outbreaks. Plan for after the lockdown and take measures to achieve better post a lockdown. Listen to how I manage our own contact tracing an example of how it can be done better.

We have huge testing capacity but it is not well used, once again, enable local experts to determine access for testing.

For case positive people we need local Gov to have the authority to monitor compliance with keeping out of circulation.

The Pandemic strain is for real, it is far more severe disease causing than the seasonal Influenza virus. Show people what cases look like if they need convincing. The messaging is very important.

There is hope that we may have a successful vaccine and we must not forget, absence of antibodies post vaccination or infection, does not mean there is no immunity. As long as there is immune memory, then the immune system can spring into action when there is a second encounter with the #SARS-CoV-2 virus. Only time will tell how long the immune memory lasts for.
