There are many unknown conundrums with the arrival of the vaccines, the easy ones and the not so easy ones.

To immunise or not immunise the already infected would be easy to answer, but not many can answer as there may be an unexpected outcome.

The pregnancy issue is straightforward, no vaccine if pregnant, no vaccine if breastfeeding and no pregnancy within two months of the vaccine.

Essentially the mRNA vaccines ought to be safe to give to wide range of people, immunosuppressed and others as the vaccine does not interfere with the immune system.

The big revolution is the advent of mRNA vaccine, it may be the start of a new order of vaccines being produced for many diseases and infections.

Science has made a remarkable breakthrough with the mRNA vaccines.
